CANCELLATION POLICY
At Midnight Tans, every appointment is reserved specifically for you. To ensure fairness and efficiency, we kindly ask that all clients adhere to the following policies: 1. Cancellations & Rescheduling: A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for all cancellations or rescheduled appointments. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment may incur a cancellation fee of 30% of the scheduled service total charged to the card on file. 2. No-Shows: Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without notice may be charged 30% of the scheduled service total to the card on file. 3. Appointment Readiness: Please be prepared at your scheduled appointment time to ensure appointments run smoothly and on schedule. If you anticipate running behind or need to adjust your appointment, please communicate as soon as possible. 4. Card on File: A valid credit or debit card is required to reserve your appointment. Fees will only be charged in accordance with the policy above. We appreciate your understanding and support as we honor the time of each client and the integrity of our schedule
